Shirley's San Antonio Real Estate Blog: ~Tony & Eva's New Home~

~Tony & Eva's New Home~

Recently I read that Eva Longoria and Tony Parker's home in Champions Ridge was for sale and blogged about it, ~Tony Parker and Eva Longoria's home for sale~.  Unfortunately, I didn't have a buyer candidate for this beautiful home and I read today that the home now has a buyer. That was pretty quick!  Actually, I had a buyer from California who was interested but they decided to move near family in Florida instead.

Tony and Eva will be enjoying their new 10,000 square feet Mediterranean style home in the secluded, gated community of Anaqua Springs.  The green-built home is reported to be valued at $7 million and sits on 2.3 acres.  The estate has a guest house, basketball court, tennis court, volleyball court, pool, and a mini water park!  Sounds wonderful.

Unfortunately, I could not afford the home so I didnt throw my name in the mix.  What a great house the new one is though.  WOW.

Shirley, did they even live in this house?  Both are very nice homes -- Anagua Springs is more private than Champions Ridge.

Me too, John.  I decided against making an offer.  LOL

Yes, Judi.  I agree that both are very nice.  The one in Anaqua Springs sounds fabulous.

Hi Dale, They sure did.

They deserve it!  They both keep me entertained and I think they are fabulous people.  I would love to see inside their new home.

I wonder why they moved out of Champions Ridge. Was that home too small for them?

I would have liked to have done the home inspection on the house they moved from; wonder who was the lucky inspector. Saw Eva on the evening news last night doing a community service event at Wendy's. She was serving up Frosty's; I believe she said she worked at Wendy's before she became famous.

LOL, Russel.  I guess if you have the dough, you can spend it on an over the top house.  Maybe they are planning to have lots of family and friends over to enjoy it.

Hi Carl, That would have been a good inspection job, huh?  I think Eva is getting more involved in community service and that is really great!
