Brake Works (and more)

BRAKE WORKS

My husband, Stephen, has known Ray Gruetzner, the owner of Brake Works on Nacogdoches Rd. since 1987. Stephen and his late wife relocated here from the Dallas area and bought a house next door to Ray.  We have since moved from that house to a smaller house in the same neighborhod but we still turn to Ray for our car care needs.  Although the name of the business is Brake Works, they also take care of other car repair and maintenance issues.  Ray and his son also own a second Brake Works at 281 and Bitters.

We have always been impressed with the quality of work, reasonable prices, friendliness, and great customer service we have received from Brake Works.  The shop is always clean and pleasant.  Best of all, we feel that we can place our trust in what Ray and his staff tells us about what our vehicles need.  They always answer our questions in a straightforward manner and always get our car back to us in a timely manner, running in tip-top shape.  Stephen and I both feel really lucky to know Ray!

Shirley: That is a very nice recommendation and you are fortunate that you can recommend Brake Works as honest and professional for your auto needs. It's hard to know today if you get the true story when you take your auto in to check for needed repairs, and may I add very costly. - Ceil

Hi Shirley , you are indeed very lucky to know Ray.  It's great to have a trustworthy mechanic that you can recommend to friends, family and the entire world!

Hi Shirley, It is such a feeling of confidence to have a local person you can trust with car repairs. You inevitably need them, and without a good recommendation, it can create a lot of anxiety. This is a great recommendation for BRAKE WORKS!
