Hey! there's still time for those abandoned poodles I found!
Hi Greg, I read your post late last night. I am so glad the adorable little poodles found good homes! I'm not sure the poodles would be a good fit for detecting explosives but I am certain my beagle, Snoopy, would be great at it. He is a sniffing machine! His only drawback is that he can be a little stubborn so maybe not. Have a wonderful day, Greg! :o)
What a great idea. I have cats though, so can't be sponsoring puppies. The puppies would be in danger :o)!
Howdy there Shirley
Programs as this one sure are fine ones, for folks to take part in. That little guy in the photo, looks to be sayen, I'm ready, let me at them.
Hi Brenda, I have a cat and a dog but I know what you mean!
Hi Dale, He is a cute little fella, isn't he?
That pup is a sweetie! One of my listing clients operates a dog rescue group and she has a different dog in her care every time I go over there.
Shirley - Thanks for bringing to our attention. Great program and what a cutie!
My kitties would love a puppy friend--- ! But my husbo would not! take care, Kathy
This is so nice of you to let people know about this program, Shirley. I love your wallpaper that comes up before your blog-the black, pink, and "Emma" are so neat!!!!!!!!
Shirley,
I love that name, Snoopy!!
Oh my goodness! What a cutie:-) Somehow, that pup looks like a "paws to the ground" type of dog ready to perform duty in an admirable program.
Hi Shirley, What a great cause, Even if I lived in the area, I'm afraid I would get too attached - it takes very special and wonderful people to devote themselves to being a foster parent.
We already have a black lab but will pass on this info. to a few people that may have an interest. I know Ceil's sister just adopted a nice little dog and her brother adopted a cat.
What a cute little pup! Looks like our dog Polo when he was small. He got huge in about 6 months!
Have a great night!
Sincerely,
Kathleen
WE have a niece that raises dogs to be trained for the handicapped. It is a VERY long training as she has the dog for a year or two.
How very cool. Dogs can do so much. Of course, so can our cats, but in a very different way. LOL
