We have been having some cool weather here in San Antonio. Right now at 3:00 p.m. it is 52 degrees. I checked on the weather at the North Pole where Santa lives and the temperature at 3:00 p.m. is minus 25 degrees but it feels like minus 48 degrees! Brrr, that sounds cold!
I wonder if Santa is checking on the temperature in San Antonio. I hope he doesn't think it is too hot down here. I suppose he can take off his jacket if it's too hot but then he would be out of uniform and it might look kind of funny.
I'll leave a big glass of Texas Sweet Iced Tea out for him along with cookies so he can relax and cool off before continuing on his important mission of making children happy.

What a cute post Shirey! I sure hope it isn't too cold for the big guy down here in San Antonio too!! :-)
Wow it sure is looking cold down there :) but somehow Santa always seems to make it :) Happy Holidays
With temptations like that Santa is likely to visit San Antionio first...just make sure he doesn't drink too much tea or he may need to make some uscheduled stops along the way.
Howdy there Shirley
You don't got to worry about Santa one bit, he brings his own snow to places that don't have any. I'm sure he would still enjoy a real nice glass of Sweet Tea.
Thats so cute. Yes it is cold here!!! Perfect weather for the season. I love San Antonio.
That's cute Shirley. It's even been cold where I live, we usually aren't this icy. I'm sure Santa has a lighter suit for when he visits Texas and California, and all the rest of the warm states.
Our grandson called Ceil this afternoon all excited. Guess what Grammy Santa sent me a letter from the North Pole saying I was on his list and to be sure to leave some milk and cookies out for him when he comes on Christmas Eve. Granchildren are great.
Shirley - Your weather has been colder than usual for San Antonio. Here in Tampa, Santa will need to put on his shorts and sunglasses.
Hi Shirley... it hovered in the 30's and was breezy here all day long. I think Santa would have felt right at home in Dallas today!
Hi Shirley, aren't computers wonderful! You can check on Santa's weather and he can probably check on yours if needed. Last Christmas Eve, our grandkids and daughter spent the night. With the help of the computer, we could see exactly where he was, and as he got closer those kids scurried right up stairs so they would be in bed in time. I think we will leave cookies and milk like last year, he seemed to really like those :-)
Hey Shirley- I saw on the news last night that it was warmer in Denver than in Dallas! How often does THAT happen? LOL
Merry Christmas!
Debi
Howdy there Shirley
Sure do like the new photo, you have up.
Merry Christmas, to you and your family!
I like how you change your picture each week. Its very festive. As for he weather, sinces its so warm here compared to the North Pole, maybe Santa will wear shorts.
Great Christmas post Shirley! Looks like you are really in the spirit-- I finally got started on Christmas cards tonite-- just started... Happy Holidays! Kathy
Howdy there Shirley
I wanted to stop back by to read any new comments that have been left for you.
Shirley- still not ready, but for my family we spend more time on cooking great food and fellowship than presents.
But - Yes, I still have to get presents.
I wish you a very warm Christmas with your loved ones. I'm so excited to see my brothers and beat them at poker :)
Jeanna, I suspect it's never too cold for Santa!
Happy Holidays to you too, Jennifer!
Oops, I didn't think of that, John. Maybe Santa does the same as the astronauts for that problem but I don't know what that is.
Hi Dale, I think you are 100% correct about Santa!
Hi Melissa, San Antonio is great year round!
Hi Chris, Warm or cold, I hope you get lots of presents from Santa!
Hi Carl, I'm sure your grandson is being extra good now that Santa will soon be here!
Hi Sharon, LOL I would love to see a picture of that!
Hi Steve, You probably don't have a chimney in your condo but I hope Santa stops by for you!
Hi Mary, Santa can never get enough milk and cookies!
Hi Debi, That is weird! I thought you were getting snow in Colorado.
Thank you Dale and Merry Christmas to you!
Thanks John. If you happen to see Santa in his shorts, please post a photo on AR.
Hi Kathy, I'm late getting my cards out! :o(
Thanks, Dale. I am going to try to write another post tonight...
That sounds like a lot of fun, Melissa. We play Mexican Train with dominoes and "us girls" enjoy playing Scrabble.
Shirley, I have a feeling Santa looks forward to coming to the south where he can get some sweet iced tea. I am wrapping presents this afternoon. :o)
Hi Ann, I mailed my out of state presents by priority mail today. I hope they get there in time!
