Large kitchen with an island
Energy-efficient appliances, high-efficiency insulation, high window efficiency
Home office-study
Main-floor master suite
Outdoor living room (This could probably include a large covered patio or deck)
Ceiling fans
Master suite soaker tubs
Stone and brick exteriors
Community landscaping with walking paths and playgrounds
Two or three car garages
