It has 3 bedrooms (that doesn't sound right), 5.5 bathrooms, and a 6 car garage. It has 8700 square feet and sits on a .94 acre lot. It is a brand new home, taking 3 years to build, and has been on the market for 31 days.

To bad they missed the market. Contractors tell me that today the trend is for the smaller home. The big stuff was built to attract the Baby Boomers. We don't need houses of that size anymore. McMansions and SUV's are no longer in Vogue.
