Hello Shirley - I wondered how the first seminar went - apparantly it went well if you are having a second. Keep us informed and hope you have a good turnout.
We did these when I lived in Conroe. Always had good turn outs because we did much work to promote the event.

Shirley - Hope you had a good turn-out at the second seminar. Word of mouth will help get the word out. Ask everyone that you invite to bring a friend or two. How about standing on the corner with Richard with a sign...free seminar, dol's and don't when looking to buy a home. That will get their attention.
